The “Greatest Show On Turf” went from 14-2 to 7-9 the year Marshall Faulk held the cover, and his nagging ankle injury was largely to blame. He failed to reach 1,000 rushing yards again in his career after 4 consecutive seasons rushing for 1,300+ yards.

Madden 2004 – Michael VickMichael Vick - EA Sports Al Tielemans Bob Rosato

One day after Madden 2004 was released, Michael Vick fractured his right fibula in a preseason game. Vick only appeared in 5 games the season after his impressive playoff victory against Brett Favre & the Packers in Lambeau.

    some of these dont consist of madden curses. Calvin Johnson was not effected clearly he played through the season and he broke (and tied) records. if he didnt tell everyone that he hurt himself no one would’ve known

    and Richard Sherman MADE IT TO THE SUPERBOWL!!! how is that a curse. a debatable play call to win the game is not a madden curse effect neither was that shoulder injury he still played like richard sherman throughout the season

    thats at least 2 points for players

    drew brees, Larry fitzgerald are debatable
