2016 NFL Mock Draft
25. Pittsburgh Steelers - Kendall Fuller, CB, Virginia Tech
The Steelers defense struggled to keep up with their explosive offense in 2015. Kendall Fuller comes from a line of VT brothers that have had success in the NFL and could immediately grab a starting CB position in the Steelers depleted secondary.
26. Seattle Seahawks - Su’a Cravens, LB, USC
Pete Carroll is far enough removed from his USC days to actually draft players he has no connection with. Bruce Irvin may leave via free agency, opening up a need at OLB. Carroll is a progressive thinker and could see the benefit in draft a converted safety to play linebacker in this pass happy NFL.
27. Green Bay Packers - Kenny Clark, DT, UCLA
The Packers defense didn’t get pressure in 2015 as they have relied on in the past. B.J. Raji (free agent) and Julius Peppers (potential retirement) future with the team is in doubt and Kenny Clark would be a great value pick at this point in the draft. Clark could have a Aaron Donald-like rise on draft boards once scouts begin to dive into his tape.
28. Kansas City Chiefs - Josh Doctson, WR, TCU
Andy Reid saw how important is is for an offense to have a #1 WR with the signing of Jeremy Maclin, especially as he struggled with injuries during the playoffs. Adding Josh Doctson could make Alex Smith tolerable for another season and take some of the pressure off of Maclin.

29. Arizona Cardinals - Shilique Calhoun, DE/OLB, Michigan State
Bruce Arians has built quite the program out in the desert and their move of safety Deone Bucannon to linebacker was a crucial part to their defensive success in 2015, however Dwight Freeney probably will retire after this last playoff run and the Cardinals will need to replace his pass rush production. Shilique Calhoun could really benefit from learning from a guy like Freeney, but if he’s no longer around, Calhoun could watch tape from 2015 to see what they need from him going forward. Calhoun needs to improve his strength at the point of attack, but rushing the passer with speed could give him early success in the NFL.
30. Carolina Panthers - Tre’Davious White, CB, LSU
Josh Norman has established himself as one of the top CBs in the league, but the other side of the field could stand to be upgraded after the Panther had to rely on vets like Charles Tillman and Courtland Finnegan in 2015. Tre’Davious White isn’t the most athletic CB to come out of LSU recently, but he’s fluid and has great instincts. With the Panthers front seven, White could have a Marcus Peters-like impact in his rookie season.

31. Denver Broncos - Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Ohio State
Brock Osweiler is the future at QB for the Super Bowl Champions and they will need to improve their running game to maintain offensive balance. Offensive line could be the bigger issue with their inconsistent run game in 2015, but injecting a talent like Ezekiel Elliott would certainly give the Broncos offense life post-Peyton Manning.
New England Patriots - #DeflateGate
The Patriots don’t have a first round pick this year due to the #DeflateGate punishment 😂😂
