2014 NFL Draft Winners & Losers
By NFLRT on May 9, 2014
The 1st Round of the 2014 NFL Draft is in the books. Some teams are off to a great start, while others have left fans scratching their head.
Houston Texans: Winner
Grade: B+
The Texans didn’t over think it or take a lowball offer for the 1st pick in the 2014 NFL Draft. THey stayed put and took the best overall talent available.
Now they are sitting pretty at the top of the 2nd round with a few QBs still left on the board for them. The Ryan Mallett trade is still a possibility for them, but Tom Savage, AJ McCarron, or Derek Carr are all possibilities at pick #33.
