#9 - Jake Delhomme, Cleveland Browns, 2010
After taking the Carolina Panthers to the Super Bowl, Jake Delhomme found himself in the market for a new team. The Browns signed him to solve their QB woes to a modest 2-year, $7Million contract. Delhomme’s production turned out to be even more modest than his contract. After a 2-3 record in which he threw 7 interceptions to only 2 touchdowns, Delhomme was benched and released the following year. The Browns QB drought still remains today.
