#2 Javon Walker, Oakland Raiders, 2008
In 6 seasons, the Raiders saw something in Javon Walker’s two 1000 yard seasons that the rest of the NFL did not and offered him a 6-year, $55Million contract. He only caught 15 passes for 196 yards in his first season with the Raiders and failed to make a catch in his 2nd season after injuries held him out of all but three games.
