Fantasy Football Running Back Rankings

By on August 15, 2014

The following RBs may have touches stolen from backups or have not shown the ability to be an every-down back, yet.

#11 Andre Ellington

Andre Ellington is the biggest wildcard RB in fantasy football this year. He’s going to be the #1 back and he’s shown flashes of brilliance and playmaking ability. Can he do it for an entire season? Will the O-Line improve with Jonathan Cooper returning from injury?

#12 Frank Gore

Frank GOre is doubted every year, only to prove “experts” wrong every time. He could possibly lose touches to rookie Carlos Hyde, but that’s only if he actually starts to slow down. Expect him to be Mr. Consistent once again.

#13 Alfred Morris

The Redskins offense should be back to 2012 form with a healthy RG3 opening the running lanes for Alfred Morris once again. After somewhat of a sophomore slump, Morris should get plenty of touches despite not being the greatest receiving threat.

#14 Doug Martin

Doug Martin should be healthy again, but that offensive line might be one of the worst in the league.

#15 Le’Veon Bell

Le’Veon Bell had a solid rookie season, but could he have carries stolen from LeGarrette Blount?
