2014 NFL Mock Draft 4.0
#21
The Packers missed out on the top free agent safeties, but they get one of the top safety prospects falling into their lap. After spending money for Julius Peppers, they are in a position to take the best player available. Louisville FS Calvin Pryor would provide a huge upgrade over the departed M.D. Jennings.
Packers Previous Mocks: TE Eric Ebron & LB C.J. Mosley

The Eagles defense ranked dead-last against the pass in 2013 and cornerback is their biggest need after re-signing Nate Allen and signing Malcolm Jenkins from the Saints. DeSean Jackson’s production will be replaced by Darren Sproles, Jeremy Maclin, Zach Ertz, and a rookie WR selected somewhere in the draft. Chip Kelly knows the college prospects pretty well from his time at Oregon and should have no trouble finding a speedy receiver later in the draft, while he fills a bigger need with their first round pick.
Eagles Previous Mocks: S HaHa Clinton-Dix & CB Darqueze Dennard
#23
Andy Reid doesn’t believe in using first round picks on receivers and greatly values the “big guys” on the offensive line. The Chiefs lost a large portion of their offensive line this offseason and should focus on addressing this hole created by free agency. UCLA G Su’a-Filo will remind Andy Reid of past first round selection, Baylor G Danny Watkins, but with greater upside and potential for success.
Chiefs Previous Mocks: WR Brandin Cooks
#24
The Bengals lost on of the top free agents in DE Michael Johnson to the Buccaneers. Something to watch in 2014 will be to see if Johnson was even the defense’s greatest loss with DC Mike Zimmer taking over the Vikings as head coach. Mizzou DE Kony Ealy is the victim of a deep draft of pass rushers, but has the size of a prototypical 4-3 DE and would be a top-15 pick in a “normal” draft.
Bengals Previous Mocks: CB Darqueze Dennard & DE/OLB Dee Ford
