Saints FS Jairus Byrd

The Saints prized Free Agent signing is the highest rated player at the league’s weakest position. Byrd has a ridiculous 99 ZCV rating to go along with 90 PRC and better hands than some WRs with 81 CTH.

Seahawks FS Earl Thomas

Earl Thomas is one of the best athletes in the game with 93 SPD and 93 AGI. His coverage skills are at the top of the league: 94 ZCV/82 MCV. ET3 will be all over the field making tackles too with his 87 PUR and 79 TAK.

Patriots FS Devin McCourty

97 ZCV/90 MCV/93 SPD/93 AGI/95 ACC

Chargers FS Eric Weddle

94 PRC/94 PUR/93 AWR/87 TAK

Raiders FS Charles Woodson

Broncos SS T.J. Ward

The Broncos needed more of a physical presence in their secondary after being beat up in the Super Bowl and signed T.J. Ward this offseason to bring that element to their defense: 92 HPW/88 TAK/86 SPD/84 ZCV/86 PUR

Chiefs SS Eric Berry

Eric Berry is such an underrated safety in the NFL and it shows that even Madden underrated him this year. He has physical tools that can’t be taught or developed and makes plays all over the field: 92 SPD/90 AGI/83 TAK/88 HPW/88 ZCV

    I suprised tyrann mathieu didnt make 1 of the safety lists. He had a fairly impressive year
