#4 - Giants QB, Eli Manning

2014 Base Salary: $15,150,000 (2nd Highest among Quarterbacks; 3rd Highest in NFL)

Eli Manning is a smart businessman. He played well at the right times and won two Super Bowls, earning a contract that ranks in the elite of the NFL, despite his lackluster play on the field in the years since his 2nd Super Bowl win (54 INTs since 2012 SB). Eli has led the league in interceptions three times in his career and is only three behind the league leader in 2014, Jaguars rookie Blake Bortles.
